FamHub

Terms of Use

Effective October 3, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and FamHub ("we", "us") for using the FamHub app and website. By creating a family account or using FamHub, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use FamHub.

Your family account

Your content

What your family adds to FamHub stays yours. You give us permission to store it, copy it to your family's devices and show it to people signed in to your account, only so FamHub can work. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

Fair use

Please don't:

Price

FamHub is free right now. If we ever add paid features, we'll tell you first and you won't be charged unless you choose to pay.

Outside services

Product details come from services like Open Food Facts, UPCitemdb, Kroger and Microlink, and store links open sites like Amazon and Walmart. We don't control them, and product names, pictures and prices may be wrong or out of date. Check before you buy.

Changes to FamHub

We're always working on FamHub. Features may change, and we may stop offering parts of it. If we ever shut FamHub down, we'll try to give you notice so you can save what you need.

Ending your account

No warranty

FamHub is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that FamHub will always be available, free of errors, or that data will never be lost. Please don't rely on FamHub alone for anything important, like medication or pet health schedules.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, FamHub won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of FamHub. Because FamHub is free, our total liability for any claim about it is limited to US $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where FamHub's operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Apple

If you got FamHub from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple isn't responsible for FamHub or its support.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If you keep using FamHub after that, you accept the new terms.
